Purpose of the website

The website presents project information, documented outcomes, field photographs, a consent-led method, and contact details. It is intended for general information and community outreach.

Submission and artist arrangements

Contacting the project or submitting a recording for review does not create a recording, publishing, agency, payment, or rights-management relationship. Any such relationship begins only through a separate written understanding accepted by the relevant parties. A submission grants permission to review the material and discuss it with you, not to publish it, sell it or transfer your rights. Submit only recordings and contributor information you are authorized to share. Direct uploads accept one supported audio file up to 100 MB; use a recording link for larger files. Uploaded attachments can be accessed by anyone with the attachment link, so use a restricted sharing link for confidential material. The online submission form is for people aged 18 or older; a parent or guardian should contact the project for younger musicians. No fee or payment is collected through the form. Any future publishing costs, revenue arrangements or licensing terms must be explained and accepted separately before work proceeds.

Accuracy and updates

Project figures and descriptions reflect the supplied project record at the time of publication. Reasonable care is taken, but information may later be corrected, expanded, or updated.

Project content

Text, project identity, photographs, recordings, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective creators, performers, and owners. Website access does not grant permission to copy, sample, publish, train a model on, sell, or reuse those materials unless a separate permission clearly allows it.

External recording link

The Tarshehnai recording is hosted by an external service. Availability and playback depend on that service. Its own terms and privacy practices apply when you open it.

Responsible use

You agree not to misuse the website or project contact. This includes attempts to:

• impersonate an artist or project representative;
• submit false ownership or rights information;
• interfere with the website or linked services;
• use published personal information for harassment or unwanted contact.
